He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ernest Donald and Ruby Dollar Cook. He is survived by: his parents, David Randall and Holly Vanderbeek Cook; his brother Zac Cook (Meghan); his sibling's children, Coleton Cook, Laney Cook and Paisley Cook; and his grandparents, John Durant and Dorothy Margaret Vanderbeek (Christie Luciano).
