She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse Duke; and her sisters, Phyllis Jo O'Neill and Patricia Dario. She is survived by: her husband David Threatt; her brothers, Bill Clark (Terry), Bob Clark (Esther) and Larry Clark (Marion Grim); her children, Justin Duke (Laura Beth), Sheila Crunkleton (Roy), Misty McClellan (George), Tracy Tripodi (Jamez Finch), Gina Jones (Joe) and Gina Loftis (Burt); and her grandchildren, Steven Crunkleton (Jessica McAllister), Nick Riggins (Emily Braddom), Wil Jones, Alyssa Jones, Andrew McClellan, Hayden Jones, Justin Loftis and Jordan Loftis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Community Health Services of Union County, Inc., 1338 E. Sunset Drive, Ste. C, Monroe, NC 28112, or a charity of the donor's choosing.
