It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Smith of Monroe, North Carolina, born in Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on August 27, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wayne Franklin Edwards and Janie Moore Edwards of Wingate; her husband Ottis; her children, Pamela Smith Moore, Mike Smith (Stephanie) and Sonja Couick (Darrell); her grandchildren, Casey Smith, Sommer Smith Belk, Crystal Couick Hill, Blake Couick, Tiffany Stack Isaman, Kendra Stack Everett and Chad Stack; and her great grandchildren, Shelby Belk, Maeley Belk, Saddie Belk, Crew Smith, Beckett Smith, Riley Hill Brooklyn Hill, Gavin Hill, Alexis Medlin, Hailey Medlin, C. J. Everett, Hannah Stack, Savannah Stack, Garrett Stack, Landon Isaman, Logan Isaman and Paris Isaman.
