He is survived by: his wife Shirley Montgomery of Monroe, NC; his children, Scott Montgomery (Cheryl) of Freehold, NJ, Leslie Montgomery of Fort Mill, SC and Meridith Montgomery Cagle (Mark) of Mt. Holly, NC.; and his grandsons, Alex Elliott, Connor Elliott, Drew Montgomery, Timmi and Yorkie.
