It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rex Griffin (Monroe, North Carolina), born in Fayetteville, North Carolina, who passed away on July 20, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Laura Geri Griffin; his siblings, Charles Griffin of Raleigh and Mary Lee Wicklum of Weddington; his children, Rex Jr., Sheila and Brent of Missouri; and his friends, Dorrie Stebbins of Wingate and Ken Stebbins of Wingate.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Rex's memory to Hospice of Union County or Solid Rock Baptist Church.
