He is survived by: his wife Hilda Mayhew; his children, Gregg Freeman and Crystal Miller; his grandchildren, Lilli Grace Cotto, Bryce Freeman, Reese Freeman and Jali Miller; and his siblings, Doug Wayne Mayhew (Gayle), Vickie Mayhew Rogers, Karen Mayhew Waters (Roger), George Alan Mayhew (Mariibeth), Richard Cameron Mayhew, Wanda Mayhew Sledge (Greg), Harold Keith Mayhew (Pam) and Ann Mayhew Mesa (Jorge).
