He is survived by: his children, Marty Collins (Patsy) of Monroe, NC, Todd Collins (Wendy) of Raleigh, NC and Dana Collins Bundick (Phillip) of Monroe, NC; his sisters, Elizabeth Honeycutt of Monroe, NC and Judy Helms Greene (Ray) of Charlotte, NC; and his grandchildren, Brad Collins (Tammy) of Monroe, NC, Maleah Collins of Monroe, NC, Alan Collins of Monroe, NC, Amanda Collins of Monroe, NC, Michelle Houchins (Eric) of Monroe, NC, Katlyn Martin (Mac) of Matthews, NC, René Hobbs of Monroe, NC, Christian Medlin of Monroe, NC and Holly Barrett (Darren) of Monroe, NC. He is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren.
