He was predeceased by: his father Roger Person Hyatt; and his grandparents, Chauncey Palmer, Leah Palmer, Moody Hyatt and Geraldine Hyatt.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Fowler Hyatt; his children, Nicole Hyatt Coan (Trey) and Elijah Roger Hyatt; his mother Elsie Palmer Hyatt; his sister Tammy Hyatt Rollins (Ken); his nephews, Dwayne Palmer Rollins, Clark Fowler and Trace Fowler; his niece Carter Rollins Hartwell (Clay); his parents-in-law, Cline Fowler and Mary Ruth Fowler; and his brother-in-law Greg Fowler (Melissa).
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to Trinity Baptist Church, Building Fund, 2613 Concord Highway, Monroe NC 28110.
