He was predeceased by: his wife Alma Helms Williams; his siblings, Olin Williams and Eula Mae Thomas; his granddaughter Donna Horne; and his son-in-law Don Horne.
He is survived by: his children, Gail W. Horne, Wanda W. Love (Mitchel), Gary Williams and Stoney Williams (Darla); his siblings, Lorraine W. Kiker (Paul), Edith W. Sutton and David Williams (Gladys); and his significant other Laura Ann Love. He is also survived by six grandchildren;12 great-grandchildren.
