He was predeceased by: his parents, Stancile Kimbrough Sain and Cora Lea Brewbaker Sain; his wife Margaret Hudspeth; and his sister Polly Manning. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Elliott (Randy), Sandra Byrd (Steve), Vicky Scott (Jamie) and Martha McClellan (Doug); his grandchildren, Michael Elliott (Katherine), Kimberly Allen (Travis), Charlotte Deitz (John), Daniel Elliott, Rachel, Davis, Kelly Byrd, Mark Scott (Tierney), Kevin Scott (Sarah), Amy Scott, Hannah Possee (Brian) and Nathan McClellan; his great grandchildren, Ian, Avery, Kendall, Ayden, McKenzie Elliott, William, Tyler Allen, Finleigh, Graelyn, Westyn Scott, Piper and Harrison Scott; and his sisters, Kate McBride and Barbara Mabe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
