He is survived by: his parent Mildred Richardson Lathan; his sons, Warren Lathan (Leslie) of Monroe and Darren Lathan (Tracey) of Charlotte; and his grandchildren, Sidnye Askew (Spencer), Savannah Leigh Haynes (Jacob), Austin Lathan, Rachel Lathan, Rebecca Lathan and Jack Lathan.
