She is survived by: her husband David Lee Whitaker; her children, Carlee Chastain, Emily Whitaker, Kayla Whitaker, Nathaniel Whitaker and Mason Whitaker; her parent-in-law Gary McCoy; her brothers, Barry Chastain, Jeremiah Chastain, Eric Helms, Shane Hernandez, Trevor Chastain, Maddison Chastain, Brittany Chastain, Debbie McCartney, Natalie Beach, Jeff Beach, Jim Rutter, Joan Sinclair, Charlotte Crouch and Anita Waters; and also Deborah McCoy. She is also survived by wife, mother, and best friend.
