She was predeceased by: her husband Willie Ray Helms; and her son Willie Clinton Helms. She is survived by: her parents, David Head and Artissia Head; her children, Jeannette H. Tootle (Preston) of Vancleave, MS and Kenneth Earl Helms (Sherry) of Mobile, AL.; her sisters, Tishie Odell Bounds of Biloxi, MS and Lovonia Pevey of Brooklyn, MS.; and her great grandchildren, Travis, Simon, Alexis, Jasmine, Steven Jr., Laura, Makayla, Hunter, Chloe, Tye, Dylan and Emily. She is also survived by her parents and all but two of her siblings.
