We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2018, at the age of 92, Virginia Goodwin (Monroe, North Carolina) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Virginia Goodwin to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Beecher Benton and Lucy Benton; and her husband Waddell Goodwin. She is survived by: her children, Frank Goodwin (Patsy), Randy Goodwin (Lynn) and Lou Ann Goodwin Hinson. She is also survived by six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and three great-great- grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Virginia's name to First Baptist Church of Monroe or to Hospice of Union County.
