He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Williams and Betty Towery Williams; and his wife Rachel Williams. He is survived by : his stepdaughters, Lisa Teseneer (Thurston Hamrick) of Boiling Springs and Joneil Humphries (Keith) of Mooresboro; his siblings, Gail Helton of Shelby and Billy Williams of Union Mills; his grandchildren, Jamie Teseneer (Misty) and Josh Humphries (Madeline); and his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Baylee and Josie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
