It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Lancaster of Mooresboro, North Carolina, who passed away on September 30, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Baxter Reid Lancaster and Edna Hamrick Lancaster. She is survived by : her siblings, Elizabeth Moore (Wayne) of Shelby, NC, Mary Owens of Shelby, NC, Becky Fox (Phil) of Mooresboro, NC, Donald Lancaster and J. L. Lancaster. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
