She was predeceased by: her parents, Mott Caldwell and Lilly Christie Caldwell; her husband Rev. Lewis "Chick" Ray Howard; and her brother Billy Caldwell. She is survived by: her sons, Brian R. Howard (Karen) and David L. Howard (Natasha); her grandchildren, Hailey Howard, Chase Howard, Gabby Howard, Lilly Howard, Thomas Harvell, Madison Harvell, Samantha Comer and Nicole Betterman; and her great grandchild Owen Betterman.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cavin-Cook Chapel (494 E Plaza Dr, Mooresville, NC 28115). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Glenwood Memorial Park (273 Glenwood Dr, Mooresville, NC 28115).
