Jeanne Hawver Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeanne Hawver (Mooresville, North Carolina), born in Port Chester, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 25, 2025 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Charles Howe and Marian Kinsley; her husband Joseph Stuart "Stu" Hawver; her sister Kay (Joe); and her niece Barb.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel of Terrell, NC, Stuart "Stu" (Anita) of Big Sky, JoEllen "Joby" Rumberger (Rod) of Mechanicsburg, PA and Donna; her great grandchildren, Tara Bibb (Greg), Adelyn, Caden, Corey Rumberger (Sarah), Liam, Paige, Mason, Kaitlin Trowbridge (Charlie), Landon, Nora, Connor Rumberger (Mary Kate) and Theo; and her nephews, Don Steel (Allison) and Jake Steel (Darcy).
A reception was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fellowship Hall of Rehobeth United Methodist Church (9297 Sherrills Ford Rd, Terrell, NC 28682).
