She was predeceased by : her husband Benito Travieso; her sister-in-law Gladys Flores (Eddie); and her son Kenneth Travieso (Nina). She is survived by : her children, Kenny, Sylvia Martinez (Evelio) and Lisa Travieso; and her sister Nydia Acevedo. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, her great granddaughter, and many nieces and nephews.
