With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Virginia Kay Stogner of Mooresville, North Carolina, born in Raleigh, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 26, 2024 at the age of 71. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Kit Carson Woodell, Jr. and Marion Virginia Matthews Woodell; her husband Steven Stogner; her daughters, Brittany Bell (Corie) and Jennifer Seagle (Justin); her brother Larry Woodell (Carol Ann); and her grandchildren, Kellan Ash Bell and Eliza Rose Bell. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephew.

A reception was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cavin-Cook Funeral Home ((Hwy 150), 494 E Plaza Dr, Mooresville, NC 28115).
