He is survived by: his wife Geneva Mills; his son Aaron Mills (Stacy); his grandchildren, Italia, Marquis (Kerrington), Xaviera, Ayadra, Ashanti, Ziyana and Indya; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Mills, Anne Mills, Lizzy Butler, Essie White, Carol Dobbs, Cathy Dobbs, Johnny Dobbs and Albert Dobbs; and his sibling's children, Marvin Caldwell and DeLisa Caldwell. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
