She is survived by: her children, Michael Bullis (Shirley) of Wilkesboro, Renee Barrier (Phillip) of Newland, NC and Mark Bullis (Summer) of West Virginia; her sisters, Betty Wallace of North Wilkesboro and Jo Handy (Jerry) of Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Kendra Sheets of Wilkesboro and Joshua Barrier of Newland, NC; her great grandchildren, Katlin Bullis of Wilkesboro, Luke Sheets of Wilkesboro and Olivia Pitman of Wilkesboro; her stepgrandson Josh Sparks of Wilkesboro; her stepgreat-grandchild Reagen Sparks of Wilkesboro; and her siblings' children, Northa Sanchez of North Wilkesboro, John Handy of Wilkesboro and Jeff Parsons of Detroit, Michigan..

“In loving memory of Louise, she was my friend, and she brought so much joy and love to our family via the beautiful cocker spaniels, Rudy and Riley, that we mutually loved. I stayed in touch with her from discovering her in 2012 while in grief over the loss of our previous cocker throughout 2024, and she was like an angel that somehow appeared and helped me through. God bless you all and I can only imagine what a wonderful moment when Louise crossed Rainbow Bridge and was met by all her pups!”
