We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2019, at the age of 70, Aileen Smith (Morehead City, North Carolina), born in Reidsville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Albert and Maggie Bowes Dunevant; her husband George Vernon Smith; her sons, Jason Smith and Justin Smith (Paige Strickland-Smith) of Morehead City; her siblings, Bobby Dunevant of Reidsville and Etta Cobb of Mcleansville; her grandchildren, Mason Smith, Abigal Smith of Winston Salem, Nathan Smith, Hayley Smith of Fairmont and Chatham Smith of Morehead City; and her brothers, Harold Dunevant and James Dunevant.
