Irene Baldwin Hartsog Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Irene Baldwin Hartsog of Morehead City, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 30, 2025 at the age of 97. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Nelson Baldwin and Eva Hudler Baldwin; and her husband Dawes C. Hartsog. She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Weeks of Asheville and Catherine Forman (Scott) of New Mexico; her grandchildren, Jonathan Weeks (Riley) of Morehead City, Justin Weeks (Leslie) of Garner, Ryan Weeks (Angusina Campbell) of San Diego and Skyler Forman of Portland, Oregon; and her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Jon Dawes, Allister, Gavin and Caroline. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ashelawn Memorial Chapel (3470 U. S. Hwy 221 N, Crumpler, NC 28617). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
