He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Ickley and Agnes Williamson Ickley of Baden, PA.; his wife Rose Walter Ickley of Moorehead City, NC.; his children, Randy Ickley (Peggy) of Pamplin, VA, Vicki Blougouras (Dan) of Merritt Island, FL, Melissa Ickley and Sheldon Simmons (Belinda); his grandchildren, Zachary Blougouras of Merritt Island, FL, Demi Kowalski Bishop (Luke) of Savannah, GA, Dominic Januzzi of Newport, NC. and Samantha Simmons of Newport, NC.; his brother Bill Ickley of Baden, PA; and his pet Maddie.
