We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2024, at the age of 93, Joan Marie Koenig (Morehead City, North Carolina), born in Franklin, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert George Koenig; and her parents, Felix Francis Kerchensky and Mary Jane Duff Kerchensky. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Kasper (Robert) of Clarksville, TN, Elaine Koenig of Carmichael, CA, Michael Koenig (Janet) of Citrus Heights, CA, Therese Kunka (Mike) of Hillsboro, OR and James Koenig of Sopchoppy, FL.. She is also survived by her family, friends.
She asked that, in lieu of flowers, her friends and family make memorial contributions to Crystal Coast Habitat for Humanity, St. Egbert Ladies Guild, or the Alumni Fund of Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, Ohio.
