He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. Joseph Walter Neal Jr. and Daisy Martin; his wife Ann Winfield "Wyndy" Hoover; his brother Kent Conrad Neal (Donna Susan Youraine) of Morehead City, NC; his goddaughter Mary Linton Kops of Kinston, NC; his parents-in-law, Daniel Curran Hoover and Lynda Edwards Hoover of Simpsonville, SC; and his siblings-in-law, Dana Lyn Hoover of Morehead City, NC, Daniel Curran Hoover Jr. (Kathryn) of Raleigh, NC, Aubrey Miller Hoover (Shannon) of Spartanburg, SC and David Tyler Hoover of Atlantic Beach, NC. He was also cherished by nieces and 1 nephew; along with numerous caring friends.
