Lucille Phelps Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Phelps (Morehead City, North Carolina), born in Burlington, North Carolina, who passed away on February 26, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Edwin "Ed" Evans, Jr. and Dorothy "Dot" Prickett Evans of Jackson, NC; and her sister Dorothy Elizabeth "Dee" Evans. She is survived by : her husband David W. Phelps of Morehead City; her daughters, Sarah Beth Bdoyan (Gegham Bdoyan) of Wake Forest, NC and Rachel Anne Phelps of Raleigh, NC.; her granddaughters, Emilee and Olivia Bdoyan; and her siblings, Becky Evans Glass (David) of Yorktown, VA, Tommy Evans of Jackson, NC and Bobby Evans (Gwen) of San Francisco, CA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Lu has requested that memorials be made to the Armenia Church Fund.
