He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Tate Hennessee, Sr. and LaMere Kincaid Hennessee; and his siblings, Elsie Houser, Catherine King, M. T., Fred and Carl Hennessee.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Clay Hennessee; his children, Mick Hennessee (Shari), Phil Hennessee (Diane) and Phyllis Wright (David); his grandchildren, Jason Wright (Whitney), Matt Wright (Lia), Andy Hennessee (Holly), Mikey Hennessee (Tabitha), Josh Hennessee (Jennifer), McKayla Hennessee and Mason Hennessee; his great grandchildren, Cole, Luke, Elli, Paige, Parker, Meghan and Briar; his stepgrandchildren, Emily, Sam, Kate, Riley and Cameron; his sister Lena Cooper; his sister-in-law Julie Hennessee; and his goddaughter Betsy Steele.
