She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter E. Bean and Martha Whisenant Bean; her husband Rev. Henry Ernest Curtis; her daughters, Terry Curtis and Brenda Brown (Arnold); and her siblings, Kathryn Vines, Ruth Curtis, Elizabeth "Beth" Henderson and Rev. Ed Bean.
She is survived by : her children, Patricia "Ann" Lowman (Buddy), David Curtis (Jo) and Steve Curtis (Becky); her close friend Gladys Williams of Hendersonville, NC; and her grandchildren, Tracy Vance, Michael Brown, Chris Brown, Ashley Clark, Shelly Spoon, Steve Crockford, Chandler Curtis, Danielle Pruitt and Pam Harrah. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and treasured family members.
