She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion "Buck" Buchanan and Jessie Burkett Buchanan; her husband Jimmy Lee Winters, Sr.; her son Jimmy Lee Winters, Jr.; and her siblings, George Buchanan, Bill Buchanan, Danny Buchanan and Dorothy Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Duckworth, Barbara Williams (Bobby), Pam Kennedy (Mike), Kathy Smith (Steve), Robert Winters (Shirley) and Dennis Winters (Donna); and her sisters, Ruth "Sis" Maupin and Peggy Allen (Jack). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, 1 great great-grandchild.
