We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2020, at the age of 66, Betty Chapman Carter of Morganton, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Betty and Elsie Smith Chapman Betty; and her daughter Tabitha Abee. She is survived by : her sons, Robert Abee (Rhonda) of Morganton, Jason Abee (Jamie) of Valdese and Shawn Abee of Valdese; and her sisters, Carol Norville, Diane Harvey, Judy Abee, Doris Rector, Nena Satterwhite and Eula Baker. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Due to Covid-19 there will not be a service at this time.
