She was predeceased by: her parents, John Walker and Mary Walker; her husband John Marshall Waters; her children, David Waters, Patsy Waters and Earleen Morrison; and her siblings, Elmena Flemming, Carl Walker, Joe Walker, Frank Walker, Raymond Walker, William Walker, Ed Walker, Elbert Walker and Tillman Walker.
She is survived by: her son Dean Waters; her grandchildren, Robin Rae Waters, David Waters, Kenneth Morrison and Josh Waters; and her daughter-in-law Janice Waters. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
