He was predeceased by : his parents, Everette Reece Brookshire and Margie Sprouse Brookshire; and his siblings, Douglas Leon Brookshire and Teresa Gayenelle Jones. He is survived by : his daughters, Beth Ann Brookshire Taylor and Nicole Brookshire Juarez; and his siblings, Elizabeth Ann Gibson and David Reece Brookshire.
