Carolyn Denney Benfield Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2021, at the age of 89, Carolyn Denney Benfield of Morganton, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Uriel "Bud" Denney and Minnie Causby Denney; her husband Cecil L. Benfield, Sr.; and her siblings, Ed, David, Tom and Nancy.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Benfield (Thressia), Susie Benfield, Pete Benfield and David Benfield (Brenda); her grandchildren, Maureen Wiseley, Emily Keenan, Jessica Bailey, Mark Smith, Jonathan Benfield, Amanda Reynolds and Brandi Anthony; and her sister Jewel Saulman Toney (Roger). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
