He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Hope Bollinger Bowman; and his sister Lilly Elder. He is survived by: his children, Shelly Daniels (Ty Thurber) of Lincolnton, Wayne Pritchard (Ordelia) of Guam and Melissa Bowman (Ryan Steffey) of Morganton; his grandchildren, Sara Laws, Joshua Pritchard, Kaila Spillane, Orion Pritchard, Kida Pritchard, Nicholas Sablan and Joshua Sablan; his great grandchildren, Gabriel Laws, Adeline Pritchard and Klautz Sablan; and his siblings, Leon, Charles, Roger Bowman, Phyllis Little and Francis Sigmon.
