With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chad Eric Brittain of Morganton, North Carolina, who passed away on March 31, 2021 at the age of 45. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his brothers, Chris and Clay Brittain; his grandparents, Joyce, Pete Berry and Colene Brittain; and his uncle Keith Berry.

He is survived by : his parents, Palmer Wayne Brittain of Morganton and Shelia Berry Wilkes (Charles) of Connelly Springs; his godson Peyton Owen Rice; his sister-in-law Shannon Brittain; his nieces, Ashley Morton (Daniel) and Jordan Fourshee (Logan); and his great-nephew Charlie Morton. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
