He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Parlier and Lounette Cook; his brothers, Allen Parlier, Wendell Parlier and Tommy Parlier; and his stepfather George Bollinger.
He is survived by: his sons, Marty Parlier (Angela) and Chad Parlier (Crystal); his brothers, Chuckie Parlier and Billy Bollinger (Sharon); his grandchildren, Nicholas Parlier and Clara Parlier; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Parlier and Dorothy Parlier. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
