It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles David Lowdermilk of Morganton, North Carolina, who passed away on November 5, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lowdermilk, Jr. and Sonja Walker Lutz. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Duckworth (Kenny Kanzleiter) of Connelly Springs; his stepchildren, Patrick Bennett of Marion, Sara Drelick of New Hampshire and Paul Benfield of Morganton; his grandchildren, Laiton Duckworth and Branson Duckworth; his stepgrandchildren, Logan Bennett, Aydan Bennett, Adrianna Bennett, Braylon Bennett, Cade Bennett, Rowan Drelick, Noah Benfield, Eli Benfield and Jasmine Kiser; and his siblings, Sandy Cruz (Phil) of Kentucky, Vickie Lowdermilk of Hickory, Danny Lutz of Hickory and Jammie Lutz of Hickory. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
