He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Elmo Hall and Hazel Isabelle Adkinson Hall; his wife Virginia Vaye Hicks Hall; his great grandchild Taya Marie Kifer; his stepfather Charlie; his sister Billie Hall Kurtz; and his parents-in-law, James and Hazel Hicks.
He is survived by: his children, James Randolph Hall, Peggy Hall McKinney, Hazel Hall Smith (Travis), Ann Marie Hall, Mary Sue Hall Matson, Rita Hall Garner, Joy Hall and Keith Hall; his cousin William C. Hall; and his sister Betty Hall Thompson. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
