He is survived by: his parent Annie Azalee Taylor Icard; his wife Vickie Miller Taylor; his daughter Nicole VanHarken (David) of Morganton; and his siblings, Shirley Taylor of Morganton, Nathan Chapman of Morganton, Dean Icard (Vickie) of Morganton and Delores Cook (Tony) of Morganton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
