He is survived by: his wife Linda Gail Chapman Simmons; his children, James Corbin Simmons (Jennifer), Jerry Simmons (Darlene), Tina Simmons and Tonya Simmons; his grandchildren, Jake, Chase, Mackenzie, Austin, Dache, Riley and Gavin; his great grandchild Jase; and his siblings, Judy Vance, Mary Fann, Faye Ezzell, Kay Austin, James Simmons and Rosie Bryant. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
