He is survived by: his wife Debra Morrison Powell; his brother Gary Odell Powell (Jean); his nieces, Donna Keaton (Scott) and Julie Stallings (Larry); his daughters, Leigh Anne and Madison Monn; his nephews, Jonathan Powell and Michael Allman; and his siblings-in-law, Calvin Morrison (Cindy) and Lib Allman (Dean). He is also survived by 7 great-nieces and nephews; and a number of extended family members and friends.
