He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Dover and Tilda Street Dover; and his brother Jackie Dover. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Blankenship Dover; his children, Cathleen and Nickolas Dover; his stepsons, Seth and Ethan Heffinger; his grandchildren, Ayden and Alayna Self; his siblings, Donald Dover and Wanda Mansfield; and also, Todd, Kelly Sizemore, Hunter and Jackson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
