He is survived by: his children, Kendall Reece Shade and Kayleigh Michelle Shade; his siblings, Sonya Pressley and Chad Summers of Hickory, NC; his aunt Maggie (Malcolm) of Glen Alpine, NC; his uncles, Clifton Summers Jr. of Glen Alpine and Chester Summers (Amber); and his close friends, Christopher Spake and Page Spake. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and great friends.
