It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Rae Baynard (Morganton, North Carolina), born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on July 9, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stinebaugh and Olive Furr Stinebaugh; and her sister Sandra Whitacre. She is survived by: her husband Max Towery Baynard; her children, Thomas Duckworth of Ferndale, MD, Nancy Cochran (Joe) of Pasadena, MD and Rhonda Lastine (Don) of Chattanooga, TN; her stepdaughters, Ann Nelson (Wally) of Frederick, WI and Jennifer Osborne (Gregory) of Forest City, NC.; her siblings, Richard Stinebaugh (Mary) of Martinsburg, WV and Betty Dolan (Bill) of Cumberland, MD; her granddaughters, Amber Cochran and Jessica Bielan (Kyle) of Troutman, NC; and her great grandchild Owen Bielan.
