She was predeceased by: her parent Garfield Allen Hamby; her former husbands, Samuel Keith Ramsey, Jr. and Russell Lee Pruitt; her sons, Steve Oliver Ramsey and Roger Dale Ramsey; and her siblings, Clinton, Royal, Lloyd, Jake, Roy, Claude Hamby and Hattie Duckworth.
She is survived by: her parent Myra Linda Stewart Hamby; her children, Larry Ramsey (Daisy) of Lattimore, NC, Darrell Pruitt (Pat) of Valdese and Robin Smith of Morganton; and her grandchildren, Joshua Smith, Destiny Smith, Gary Ramsey, Tracy Jones, Lisa Willis, Greg Ramsey, Amy Lee, Dana Jones, Shelley Ramsey, Pam Blanton, Dustin Ramsey and Ashley Ramsey. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and other extended family.
