She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin Karl Mezger and Luise Stoecker Mezger; her brother Erwin Mezger; and her son-in-law Col. Edward DuRant III. She is survived by: her children, Patricia DuRant, Melissa Grill, Rev. Charlotte Brendel (Leonard), Larry Grill (Anne) and Jack Grill (Donna); her grandchildren, April Foster, Stephanie Brendel Hatley (Brian), Tony Brendel, Ned DuRant (Jessica), Anna DuRant Roberts (Drew), Stephen Grill (Michelle) and David Grill (Brandi); her great grandchildren, Zachary Burgin, Kali Griffin, Cadence Hatley, Noah Hatley, Ethan DuRant, Ellie DuRant, Julianna Roberts, John Roberts, Emily Grill, Meghan Grill, Brooke Krohman (Tony), Lexi Grill, Krista Grill and Kyle Grill; and her siblings, Edith Guelzow (Carl), Margot Wilson, Jutta Lange, Mariluise Larsen and Klaus Mezger.
