He was predeceased by: his parents, John Evans and Keron Evans; and his wife Joyce Harklerode Evans. He is survived by: his children, Edith Evans-Bisbee, John Evans (Dawn) and Rev. Michael Evans (Dell); his grandchildren, Joshua Evans, Rachel Evans, David Evans, Jordan Bisbee and Ethan Bisbee; his great grandchild Erin Joy Bisbee; and his siblings, Sylvia Chapman, Teresa Childers, Harold Evans (Nora) and Wayne Evans (Becky). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
