He was predeceased by: his parents, William Herman Condrey and Texanna Ayers Condrey; and his siblings, William Harold Condrey, Johnny Condrey and Elsie Condrey.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Stillwell Condrey; his children, Jody Condrey of Marion and Kellie Condrey Rumfelt (Bruce) of Marion; his stepson Jimmy Bailey (Renee) of Morganton; his grandchildren, Phoebe White, Tyler Brinn, Jessica Condrey, Daniel Bailey and Hannah Bailey; his sister Jean Condrey Mull (Clyde) of Morganton; and his sister-in-law Patsy Condrey of Pineville, NC. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
